These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and alibab66 ("alibab66", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the online gambling and sports betting services available at alibab66.cam ("the Website").

By accessing the Website, creating a player account, making a deposit, participating in any game, or claiming any bonus or promotion, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. • "Wagering Requirement" (also "Rollover") means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "Withdrawal" means a transfer of funds from a player's Account balance to an approved payment method registered in the player's name.

To be eligible to open and maintain a player account on alibab66, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are aged 21 (twenty-one) years or older;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party;
• You are not a resident of, or physically located in, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited under applicable law;
• You do not hold, and have not previously held, another Account on the alibab66 platform;
• You are not an employee, contractor, affiliate, or family member of an employee or contractor of alibab66 or any of its associated operators;
• You are not suffering from a gambling addiction, and are not registering pursuant to a self-exclusion agreement with alibab66 or any associated platform.

alibab66 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due-diligence checks on any account at any time and to request additional documentation in support of eligibility verification. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

To access the full functionality of alibab66, you must register a player account by providing accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number.

You agree to maintain the accuracy of your account information and to update it promptly if any details change. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure without notice.

alibab66 operates a mandatory KYC verification process. As part of this process, you may be required to provide:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document — Malaysian MyKad (NRIC), Passport, or Driver's Licence;
• Proof of residential address — a utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the preceding three (3) months;
• A selfie photograph holding your identification document;
• Evidence of ownership of any payment method used on the platform.

Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is successfully completed. alibab66 targets a KYC review turnaround of 24–48 business hours from document submission, subject to volume and the quality of submitted materials.

By using the alibab66 platform, you agree to the following general terms of use:

• You will use the Website solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes;
• You are responsible for all activity conducted through your Account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials;
• You will not permit or facilitate access to your Account by any third party;

alibab66 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to maintain platform availability and performance, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Website and shall not be liable for any loss arising from temporary unavailability, maintenance downtime, or technical faults beyond our reasonable control.

Deposits: alibab66 accepts deposits via a range of Malaysian payment methods, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, Maybank2u (FPX), CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, and Hong Leong Connect. The minimum deposit amount is RM30. There is no maximum deposit limit, although individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: RM50;
• Withdrawals are processed to verified payment methods only, and must match the identity of the registered account holder;
• Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited;
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied before withdrawal of bonus-derived funds;
• alibab66 targets processing of approved withdrawal requests within 30 minutes for e-wallet methods (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow), and within 1–3 business hours for bank transfer (FPX) methods;
• alibab66 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal request, particularly for large or unusual amounts.

alibab66 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated at the time of the offer, as well as the general bonus terms set out in this Section.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms;
• Maximum Bet: When playing with an active bonus, the maximum permitted stake per bet is RM250, unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise. Placing bets above this limit during an active bonus will result in the bonus being voided;
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to the wagering requirement. Slots typically contribute 100%; table games and live casino games may contribute at a reduced rate (10%–50%) as specified in the individual promotion terms;
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses expire within the period stated in the specific promotion terms, typically 7, 14, or 30 days from activation. Expired bonuses and unmet wagering requirements are forfeited;
• Abuse and Exploitation: alibab66 strictly prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to multi-accounting for bonus purposes, coordinated exploitation with other players, and low-risk wagering strategies designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk. alibab66 reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold winnings where abuse is identified;
• One Bonus Per Household: Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers are limited to one per player, household, IP address, and payment method.

alibab66 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice, including where it determines that the promotion has been misused or that a technical error has generated erroneous bonus credits.

The following general betting rules apply to all sports betting and casino gaming activity on the alibab66 platform:

• All bets are placed at the odds or game parameters in effect at the time the bet is confirmed. Bets cannot be altered or cancelled after confirmation, except where expressly permitted under specific sport or event rules;
• alibab66 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event or game that has been subject to a technical error, incorrect odds posting, or market suspension;
• In the event of a disputed result, alibab66's decision — based on available official sources and independent verification — shall be final;
• For live (in-play) betting, alibab66 uses real-time data feeds. We accept no liability for delays between live events and the real-time display on our platform. In the event of a significant data discrepancy, affected bets may be voided at alibab66's discretion;
• Mix Parlay (accumulator) bets require all individual selections to win for the parlay to pay out. If any selection is voided, that leg is removed from the parlay and the remaining selections continue;
• alibab66 operates maximum win limits per bet and per event. Limits are displayed at the time of bet placement. Any winnings exceeding these limits will be settled at the maximum win amount.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the alibab66 platform:

• Registering multiple accounts or assisting any other person to do so;
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes;
• Using software, scripts, bots, or any automated tools to interact with the platform, gain an unfair advantage, or circumvent security systems;
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, glitches, or errors in games or betting markets for financial gain;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract proprietary data from the platform;
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abuse, or threatening conduct toward alibab66 staff or other users;
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC, or any support interaction.

All content on the alibab66 platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game assets, user interface designs, and trademarks — is the exclusive property of alibab66 or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the platform without the prior written consent of alibab66.

The alibab66 name, logo, and associated brand elements are trademarks of alibab66. Unauthorised use of these marks is strictly prohibited and may give rise to legal liability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, alibab66 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform;
• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunity, or goodwill;
• Any loss arising from temporary or permanent platform unavailability, technical faults, or force majeure events;
• Any unauthorised access to, or alteration or corruption of, your account data resulting from circumstances beyond alibab66's reasonable control;
• Any gambling losses incurred through your use of the platform — it is acknowledged by you that gambling involves inherent risk and that you accept full personal responsibility for any financial decisions made on the platform.

Where alibab66's liability cannot be excluded by law, our total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim shall not exceed the amount of funds held in your registered Account at the time the relevant cause of action arose.

alibab66 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time;
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct;
• Detection of prohibited conduct as defined in Section 9;
• Receipt of a chargeback or reversal instruction from a payment provider;
• Player request for self-exclusion or voluntary closure.

Upon account closure at alibab66's discretion, we will review and return any legitimate, unencumbered deposited balance (net of any bonus funds or winnings under investigation) within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of AML checks. We are not obligated to return balances where closure results from breach of these Terms or confirmed fraudulent activity.

Players may close their own accounts at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 48 business hours. Players seeking self-exclusion for responsible gambling reasons should refer to Section 14.

alibab66 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, unenforceable, or void by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms, and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within a reasonable period, both parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts or arbitration panel as specified under alibab66's licensing authority's dispute resolution framework.
